The structure's main function and purpose is a dormatory containing 12 dorms thus I called it "Dorm in". The building also hosts an office in the last two floors, and a commercial hub for people to meet and eat, to have a breakfast or dinner in a small coffee shop on the ground floor. Each dorm has its own balcony and tilted wall which provides  ventilation,views, additional shade and protection from the sun.

I chose fairfaced concrete as the main material as the properties of such a material comes from the earth,in addition the louvres and aluminum are colored in brown to resemble wood. These elements combined with natural elements give both contrast and interesting features.
